What’s
the difference between vector and bitmap images?
|
| Vector
artwork (ex. Adobe Illustrator, EPS documents) is a mathematically based system
of drawing graphics and artwork based on lines, curves, colors and other
factors. Bitmap graphics are pixel-based images, meaning that the image
is based on the color values of individual points (pixels) on the screen or a
piece of paper, which combined together form the complete image. Logos
and other iconic artwork is best suited to a vector based format because it
allows an unlimited amount of scaling of the image without any quality
loss. When you enlarge a vector image, the computer is able to
mathematically increase the sizes of lines, curves and all the elements that
make up the image.

I have the ABLstore.com design my artwork for me? |
| Yes.
ABLstore.com has professional graphic designers on staff who would happy to
work with you on developing your own unique brand and image for your
establishment. Please contact us directly for additional information on
what services we can offer. Artwork developed by us will be yours and can
be used on everything from ABLstore.com merchandise and print to your own
signage and menus purchased from other vendors. |

| Can
I have my own custom colors? |
| Yes.
If you submit a vector-based artwork file please make sure that the
image contains the exact colors that you wish, such as PMS colors or exact CMYK
color values. If you are submitting a bitmap image, please make sure that
you specify any color choices you wish to make using exact color choices in the
special request field. |

| What
types of printing are available? |
| ABLstore.com
will try and print your item in the best possible manner, using either a 1, 2
or 4 color print or embroidery process based on your logo and color
requirements. If you have a specific need for a particular print process,

| What
happens when I upload or send you my artwork? |
|
ABLstore.com graphic
professionals will review the image you submitted for applicability on the
items that you selected, as well as for any possible future needs. If
your image is in a acceptable format and can be used with little modification,
we will place the image into your account for use. If we find that the
image is unacceptable for use, we will contact you with suggested ways of
cleaning up your image. If you so choose, you can elect to have
ABLstore.com professionals clean your artwork for an additional charge.
Once your artwork is approved, it will be available in your account section and
ready for use on all of our products.

| How
many artwork files can I have? |
| You can
have up to 5 unique pieces of artwork for your use on our site at any given
time. If you require more pieces, please contact us directly. |

|
| What
happens if I wish to place a very large order for one or more items? |
| If you wish
to purchase more items than we have a quantity for, please contact us via
e-mail or phone to speak with a customer service representative
personally. We will be happy to accommodate! |

| I
have some unique item needs but I don’t see what I want on your
site. Can I still get the products I want through you? |
| Yes!
ABLstore.com will be happy to work with you to develop your unique merchandise
and promotional items. ABLstore.com has access to thousands of other
high-quality and unique items which we do not necessarily post on this website.
We can offer design and development services to help you come up with that

How
long does it take for my items to come?
|
| Most items
are shipped within 1-3 weeks of order placement. Depending on artwork
requirements, volume and items specified, we will send you an email upon
receipt of your order giving you a more detailed delivery estimate. |

| I
don’t have artwork to upload to your site, but I have a photograph or
letterhead that I’d like to use. |
| Although we
prefer that you upload your image in vector format to our website, we will be
happy to work with a mailed in CD, DVD, floppy or Zip disk, or
photograph. Please follow the artwork guidelines below when submitting
your artwork. Additional charges may apply. |

| How
come I get a “quote” upon placing my order, and not an exact price? |
| Due to the
nature of the custom promotional item business, we are unable to exactly
predict what the cost of your items will be until we have reviewed all the
variables necessary. These variables include shipping, artwork, volume,
print process, and many more. Before we start production on your items,
we will contact you with a final price for delivery for your approval.
That will be your final price, unless you request further changes. |

| Who
can I contact to place my order directly, instead of through the website? |
| You may

to work with you directly to find just the right products that you want. |

What
if I don’t want artwork on a product that I’m purchasing?
|
| That’s not
a problem. Just make sure that you select “No Artwork” when purchasing
your product. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you with a
revised quote that reflects your change. |

|
|
| Is
everything on the ABLstore.com customizable? |
| No.
Certain items like our sports collectibles cannot be customized, however, most
everything else we sell can be customized with your name and/or artwork. |
|
|
|
|
| Can
I order less items than their quoted minimum quantity? |
| Please
contact us directly if you wish to order items below their minimum
quantity. Depending on the item, we may be able to provide you with a
lesser quantity at a potential higher cost per unit. |
|
|
|
|
| Product
pre-production proofs. |
| Please
contact us directly if you wish to have pre-production proofs created before
production of your ordered items. Additional charges may apply depending
on the item and shipping. |
|
|
|
|
| Order
changes and cancellations. |
|
If you wish to cancel or
change an order that you’ve made on the ABLstore.com, please go to your account
section to see first where in the production process your order is. If we
have not processed your order yet, or we are awaiting your approval for any
additional charges or services, you may change or cancel your order at no
charge.
If your items have already started or completed pre-production, please contact
us directly at

. Please note there may be cancellation or change charges depending on
how far into the pre-production we have gone.
For items that have reached production, we are unable to change or cancel the
order. If you like, you may re-direct or stop shipment of those items,
however, you must still pay for item production costs.

Currently, ABLstore.com
supports all major credit cards through the website, or over the phone for
placing your order. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please

For check or money order
purchases, please include a printed copy of the order that you placed that
you’re paying for. Should greater or lesser charges need to be applied to
this order, ABLstore.com will contact you for further payment or refund.
If you would like to
develop custom items in large volume or have a regular purchasing requirement,
ABLstore.com will be able to provide to you credit on an as-needed basis after
successful completion of our credit-line application.
ABLstore.com will not
charge your credit card until you have confirmed your final order cost and your
items have shipped.

Shipping
|
|
All orders placed
through ABLstore.com will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.
Upon approval of your order, ABLstore.com will generate a final shipping cost
and contact you for approval. Because we ship from multiple locations
throughout the United States, different items may be shipped at different
times. We ship items based on completion of the item so that you can have
them as soon as possible.

shipping, or wish to have us charge shipping to your account and carrier,
please note that in the special instructions field of your order or contact us
